The Soul Thief is a very interesting and definitely a paranormal catch for everyone. It will bombard your fantastical mind with angels of death and reapers.

The Soul Thief is about young Riley, who didn’t know that she’s a Halfling until she saw an Angel of Death in action. Things went pretty quick on her life, and newly found abilities that branded her lineage were developed.

This has been a very exciting experience with too many intriguing characters. The fantasy world Majanka wrote was simply amazing. I can’t just avoid being drawn in. I like how the author visualized the angels of death with wings. I love how she described them in Riley’s POV.

Though, it’s a bit predictive to me, and there’s few times where I’d experienced dull parts. This is still an amazing read!

I recommend it to people who enjoy paranormal reads! They would love it.

Majanka Verstraete begged her Mom to teach her how to read while she was still in kindergarten. By the time she finished fifth grade, she had read through the entire children’s section of her hometown library.

She wrote her first story when she was seven years old, and hasn’t stopped writing since. With an imagination that never sleeps, and hundreds of possible book characters screaming for her attention, writing is more than a passion for her.

She writes about all things supernatural for children of all ages. She’s tried to write contemporary novels before, but something paranormal always manages to crawl in.

Majanka is currently studying for her Master of Laws degree, and hopes one day to be able to combine her passions for law and writing.
